Question / Help Elgato Video Configure Window not popping up in OBS Studio

Hello I am having a problem with OBS Studio when it comes to using the Elgato HD60 Pro. When I go to configure the video a window should pop up allowing me to change the capture card's resolution and volume. It does however appear in OBS Classic when I try using that program. Any suggestions on getting it to pop up properly in OBS Studio? For reference the pop up shows up in XSplit, but I'm having other issues with XSplit and wanna use OBS Studio for the time being.

I am having this same issue after the most recent update... It was working just fine until I updated it today, and then it stopped working. I click "Configure Video" and nothing happens. I can still open the Game Capture software that comes with the device and everything there works just fine. But I can't adjust the setting for OBS, and I need to in order to use the elgato Chat link - I have to switch the audio input. Has anyone found a solution for this problem so far?
