Question / Help Elgato/Twitch/Thumbnail

Been looking for a similiar topic, but can't find it.

So, my question is:

Im using the Elgato Game Capture HD and it almost works flawless with Twitch. My only concern is, everytime I start the stream the capture card is connecting. It says: "One moment please..." and for a short time "No signal". Then it works. However, this short moment of establishing the stream and the capture card, makes a thumbnail for my stream on Twitch where it either says "One moment please" or "No signal".

So if someone else find my stream, they will see a picture with that text... and people will probly guess that the stream is down.

How can I get a a picture from the game instead?

Overlay a picture form sources, and remove it once the stream is running.

What i do is to have a "idle" scene when nothing is running (im using elgato as well, but i havent been bothered with it, since im using a lot of overlays), so ppl won't be "discourage" to click on your stream.
