Question / Help elgato sound delay

So here is my problem

as you can see all the sounds are coming 2-3 seconds late

I looked around google for 5 hours and messed around with lots of settings nothing really seem to do anything at all

Really not sure how to fix this anyone have some tips?

Found the problem I had to set audio sync offset in device selection to -150 and mic sync offset to 1450 to make everything sync up

So I thought I had fixed this problem it turns out I did not the above fix did work the in game audio is 100% in sync along with my mic but only for about 2 minutes..

Nothing I change will fix it I have spent well over 15 hours now on google looking up settings fixes nothing is working

I have reinstalled both obs and the elgato drives I have swap the usb ports I have reset the elgato I have done just about everything I can think of and find on the net

I also tested xsplit same issue all the audio is delayed and it gets worse as time goes on
