Question / Help Elgato ps3 stream

Hello,
I have a minor Problem with my Elgato Game Capture HD. When I use the version 0.47a I can stream with sound.
Yesterday, when I tried to stream the first time, I used V0.584b, i have no sound and can't change it in the option.
Today I have a red picture instead of my PS3 screen and no sound. (I got new hardware and had to install Windows new [attachment is the red screen-problem]) - the DShowPinsAndCaps.exe wont start


Is that a normal behavior with V0.584, a known issue or am I one of the lucky guys that has that problem?

Try deleting and re-adding the device, elgato devices should work fine with the latest version as there are a number of people who use it quite commonly
 
Hey Jim,

thanks for your help but it still won't work. I uninstalled OBS and the Elgato software+drivers and it's still not shown there :(

If it's not shown you're probably using the 64bit version of OBS. It only can be used in the 32bit version of OBS because elgato only has a 32bit filter.
