Question / Help Elgato on OBS "One moment please..."

Hey all,

I just setup my Elgato on my OBS just now and everything actually seems to be working fine. The only thing is the actual video feed isn't displaying! On the OBS preview screen, it shows the OBS "One moment please..." message and just stays that way! Sometimes if I wait long enough, it will just say no signal afterwards.

I know the feed is transmitting because when I goto configure the elgato in the settings in OBS, it shows that the elgato is transmitting at 1280x720 29.99 FPS when I am previewing the stream in OBS.

Does anyone have any clues or thoughts? I went around looking for answers, but couldn't find any. Please help!

Is passthrough working from your console(Please state which console are have) to your TVMonitor?

Yep. using Xbox 360 and the passthrough is working/displaying on my TV.

Alright, try re-installing the Game Capture software,restart your PC, and try streaming with OBS again.
