Question / Help Elgato not fitting the screen

So I stream from Xbox, through Elgato into my laptop on OBS, it was fine yesterday, haven't touched any settings. But now it doesn't fit. It'd be easier to explain with screenshots so here.

This is how it looks when I press CTRL + F

This is how it looks when it initially loads up.

In the elgato software (configure video on the properties of the source) it got set to 640x480. That needs to be fixed.

Then you need to manually override the resolution one screen back.
