Question / Help Elgato - No Device, then No Signal, then back on

Hi,

I have an Elgato Capture HD.
Using the software that came with it, the card works fine and I can broadcast to twitch all day long.
Using OBS, it works for a few mins, then the screen changes to "No Device" (the elgato screen), then "No Signal", Then it comes back on.
As I say, this doesn't happen in Game Capture HD (the software).
Any ideas what's going on?

As a follow up to this, it only does it when encoding. Whether that be previewing or broadcasting.
