Question / Help Elgato help

When I go into OBS and I try to create a Global Source, The Elgato does not even show up. When I first got it the Elgato showed up as a device but now it wont come up as a device. Any ideas why this happens? I am trying to record my Xbox 360. I have everything plugged in right!

Elgato
The default version of OBS is 32bit and is in program files(x86)/OBS. The 64 bit version is found in programfiles/OBS
