Question / Help Elgato HD60s Stuttering after an hour

I have a dual streaming pc set up and I'm running into an issue where after an hour of streaming on Twitch the game video begins to stutter. I am using OBS Studio. This only appears on stream, and not on my pc that I'm playing the game on. Below is a link to my log files. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've recently run into the same exact problem and I'm using the HD60 Pro to stream my Xbox through my PC. I haven't played around with settings or anything yet but I'll let you know if I figure anything out.

I have read other places that people are blaming webcams for how much processor power they take up. Or even the power setting you might have on your devices (not running at 100%). I had a great nade kill in PubG that I wanted to rewatch and the stutter happened at the exact same moment :(
