Elgato HD60s Pixelation Issue

Hi there everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone will be able to help me, I've had my Elgato HD60S for a few years now, and this has been an issue for a while looking back. I just only really noticed, I'm not even sure if it's an Elgato issue or an OBS issue but I'm running out of ideas.

I've noticed that when I upload my footage, there is a lot of pixelation going on. Looking at the footage before I upload it, it's fine. No issues at all. I thought maybe it's because of the way I edit them and use Handbrake to compress them, but it doesn't matter if it's edited or raw footage. It always does it. I have tried it in the Elgato software, and it does it with that too. But my hope, is that someone who has used OBS knows the issue that will fix it. It only does it with my capture card footage, everything else is perfect.

Here is an example of what is happening, mostly when the boss battle starts. You can really see it in the background, and I'm not sure what to do to fix it. It does it no matter what game I try.

Thank you for any help you can give, and if you need any more info. I'll be happy to post it! I've included the log file, in case it shows anything that might be the issue.
