Elgato HD60S not showing in OBS

Hello, I have a new PC setup and finally got around to reconnecting my capture card. It does not show up in OBS as a device that I can use.

It shows up in windows and AMD as a monitor. I have cloned my main monitor to it. But I cannot find it with OBS
