Question / Help ElGato HD60s lags (Wii U) on OBS but not OBS Studio, help?

So I've been working on this for a couple of hours, today. I have an ElGato HD that I've used for streaming for a year+ now, but was having more and more difficulty with it. I decided to bite the bullet and get some extra quality, but had trouble getting the HD60s to work properly. Oddly it seems to work fine in OBS Studio (which I don't use as often) but not normal OBS. It also works just fine at 1080/60 in ElGato's Game Capture software.
