Question / Help Elgato HD60s capturing delayed

I'm trying to record games on the Nintendo switch through my laptop but there is a millisecond delay that is bothering me. Is there a way to have 100% no delay.
I'm using a HP ryzen 7 3700U with a Radeon Vega graphics

No, it is not possible to transfer audio and video through a capture device with zero delay. It is usual to interact with content upstream of capture, by splitting signals between displays and capture hardware if necessary.
