Question / Help Elgato HD60s audio popping

Hello everyone,

I have an issue, and as the title says I'm having popping issues while using my Elgato HD60s. It's not constant, but I hear it randomly. Sometimes a lot during specific pieces of music within the games. It's kind of like static, but no matter what I try, it keeps doing it.

I never had this issue with my Elgato when I first got it, I never got any static or popping issues. It was always clear audio. Then a few months down the line it started, and then my PC died. Once it was repaired, I had another issue, and I got my elgato replaced. But it ended up being bad RAM. So it's not even the same Elgato, and it's doing the same thing.

I have uploaded a video with an example of what I'm talking about, you can hear it a lot around 58 seconds, when it hits the victory screen.

I have also provided the last log file from OBS. So I hope this helps and might point in the right direction as to what might be causing it.

Just to add to this a few things I have done

- I've tried replacing the HDMI cables
- I've recently replaced my motherboard, graphics card, power supply and RAM
- Installed the most up to date drivers
- Rolledback audio drivers in case it was that
- Made sure it's at the right KHz of 48
- Uninstalled elgato software and reinstalled
- Replaced my Elgato

Everything just does nothing, the popping remains there.

The plot thickens, after doing some testing with other games. I realised that the popping/static issue isn't in every game I play. It's only in some. For instance, I hear it in Ni No Kuni and the ps4 menu but not on Spyro Reignited Trilogy for instance. Which makes me think, it's an audio setting somewhere that might be causing it?

Does anyone have any ideas?
