Question / Help Elgato HD60 works in Elgato Software, but it says "One Moment Please" on OBS

When I try streaming/recording with my Elgato HD60 on OBS, all it says is "One Moment Please." When I am on the Elgato software everything works fine. On OBS it is stuck on that "One Moment Please" screen and it never changes. Is there a way to fix this? If it has to do with the settings on OBS I took screenshots. If you have a question just ask, thanks to everyone that replies!
