Question / Help Elgato HD60 Will not show up on MAC OBS!!!!

I have the latest versions of both the Elgato Software and OBS. I am running on a Mac OS Sierra 10.12.1 , and I haven't found an answer on how to fix this for MAC. I have tried completely uninstalling both applications, and still the only thing that popped up was my webcam built in to my laptop. I make sure the Elgato software is closed and it still won't pop up. The Elgato works perfectly with it's own software and I can see the video, but on OBS I can't. I was hoping someone could help me!! Thank you!

Unfortunately Elgato doesn't provide Mac drivers that work with OBS, so you can't add the Game Capture HD as a video capture device. You'll have to run their software in fullscreen and capture the window instead. Support won't be added until Elgato releases proper drivers. does it work for mac now?? i have os sierra 10.12.6 and i am just wondering because i have a mac and the latest game captire software 2.7 and i want to use it with obs but i cant use it as a video capture device and when i do a window capture of it, it lags a lot so... can it work with obs???????? and if it does plz reply a tutorial to make it popup in obs thx byeeee
