Question / Help Elgato HD60 Stutter\Lag while streaming (?)

Hello.
I'm using Elgato HD60 and I streamed today a game from my PS4 and for some reason when there's movement on the screen the stream starts stuttering and lagging

It's not the first time it's happening.. I've tried searching for guides and such but no one seems to fix that.
ALSO it's happening with Elgato only ... when I streamed a game from my PC there were no lags.
Any idea?

Also notice that for some reason the video gets stuck and cut on 5:37

Update to the latest version of Studio and post a new log. You're several major revisions behind.
 
The latest release is 19.0.1, with a 19.0.2 hotfix probably coming out today. I'm going to guess that this is a case of USB controller overload. Does lowering the output resolution of the Elgato or moving it to a different USB port help at all?

Do you mean like changing the Elgato's resolution (Quality) to 720p instead of 1080p? I'm a little confused.
About changing to a different USB port, It doesn't work.
 
*UPDATE*
I FIXED IT! It's not about the USB port, You were right about the resoultion so what I did was: I kept it on 1080p but changed the resolution to 1280X720 on OBS now it's not lagging and still full HD when I stream :)

hey avi, witch computer you got and what is the setting from your pc? witch cpu and gpu? thanks for answer i have to some laags with elgato dual pc setup.
