So, I'm doing a dual pc stream. My capturing pc can't handle 1080p60fps on the capture card, so I dropped it down to 720p60fps. Basically whenever I switch it to 720p it defaults at 30fps no matter what I have OBS at. The only way I can get it to run 720p60fps is if I play on my gaming pc at 1280x720. Is there any way that I can play my games in 1080 and stream at 60fps? Thanks for the help.
