Finally installed a new Elgato HD60 pro into my streaming rig and got everything set-up (was a headache for sure). Was able to set up a scene with the elgato game capture in OBS but it's laggy and I'm not even streaming. Opened Elgato's software and it looks fine (well not as pretty as OBS but not laggy at all). I can send over reports but this happens while I'm not streaming so I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot this. I will run a test stream in a few minutes and upload the results after changing OBS to run as admin but even looking at the screen the game looks like motion blur has been set to 1000. Any help?
