Bug Report Elgato HD60 doesn't show up on portable 64bit version but 32bit version

Title explains it all.

It also shows up on the regular OBS Studio (non-portable) but there's a good reason why I use the portable OBS Studio, it allows me to stream and record at the same time on the 64bit version.
I don't know why it doesn't work on the 64bit version, I can even setup everything on the 32bit version and then startup OBS Studio on 64bit with the same profile but it gives me a black screen for the capturecard.

I thought a logfile doesn't really help a lot here...

Then use 32-bit.
There is no performance reason to do otherwise.
I can't stream and do local recordings at the same time on the 32bit version. Maybe you remember the other post I opened. And when playing Guitar Hero Live or Rock Band 4 or similar games with copyrighted tracks on, RIP all your gameplay you might wanna upload on YT because it will be muted by Twitch.
I just hope there will be a fix for that one day, so it doesn't matter if I use the 32bit version or the 64bit version of OBS Studio.
