Having this problem where the video will stutter after 20 minutes or so after being completely fluid. From there it will stutter every now and then or constantly until restarted. Sometimes it lags and speeds to catch up. Everything else will still be working great.
Though I believe this may be an OBS issue because I tried OBS multiplatform with the same settings, and it worked fine besides some audio cuts with my webcam.
Was tested using OBS v.656b and Elgatos beta v3 (both 32 and 64 bit)

Things I've tried:
Tried uninstalling both Elgato drivers and OBS, and reinstalling newest firmware.
Tried Elgato v2.10.64.
Tried Elgato video buffering at 0, 1, even 1000.
Changed scene buffering time from 700 all way to 3000.
Changed Elgato resolution from 720 to mobile quality.
Using just Elgato and C920 to eliminate other possibilites.
