Question / Help Elgato HD 60 PRO (Output Audio to Desktop) Delay

There's a half-second or maybe less than half a second delay between what I'm seeing/inputting on my game-play monitor and what's being outputted to my headphones through the desktop. I use the "Output Audio to Desktop" option so that I can hear the Xbox One sounds and my PC sounds/music. I have messed with the "Use Buffering" and "Global Audio Offsync" settings in OBS, but they don't seem to change the duration of the delay at all.

I really hope I can get help from some experienced OBS users, because so far Elgato support hasn't done SHIT for me. They told me to talk to people at OBS. I'm so angry because I paid extra for the 60 PRO because it ADVERTISED NO DELAY. I've been messing with this for weeks and haven't made any progress.

I do want to add that there are no problems with the stream itself. I can test that on my laptop while playing and there's no syncing issues. It's just the audio being output to the desktop that's out of sync. Driving me nuts.

Hi,

Please post your OBS logs.

Just to be clear, you are using the Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro, the card that is PCIe based and plugs in your PC via the motherboard?

I'm having the same problem. Using the HD60 Pro internal PCI card. Audio starts great in the beginning of the stream. About an hour in, audio de-syncs by about a second and gets gradually worse.

Also, I use the output audio to desktop (wave out) option so that I can hear the audio from the console (or my gaming PC) via OBS.

Using OBS 18.0.1-ftl9 for Beam.

I uploaded my OBS log from my last stream.

Any help is appreciated.
