Question / Help Elgato hd 60 pro 100% cpu usage

I did it with the @LtRoyalShrimp solution aswell. Sadly with the i7 4790k i cannot set the preset lower than veryfast at 1080p with Lanczos 16. I don't know if i can work with 720p and another preset like medium or fast but i'll give a try

1080p is very hard to encode. I think that is normal.
