Question / Help Elgato HD 60 audio help

so under the PC sound setting where is shows you your speaks and other audio devices it not showing anything for the elgato

ive watch alot of videos on setting the elgato up and they all have the elgagat as a device under sound setting on the PC yet i dont

i have both software and drivers installed yet still wont show up, anybody any ideas how i can get it to show up as a douns device

Im having the same problem with my Elgato HD ( Not Elgato HD 60 ) I have tried 32 Bit and 64 Bit and still not shown, i have repeatedly checked OBS and Elgato settings and all are correct. I have tried un and re-installing the software and nothing has worked, any recomendations?
