Any help please?

Elgato HD 60.
Ive tried setting Mixer Sync Offset set to -1ms as well as 0ms etc.

After about 6-12 hrs the sound will probably be massively out of sync (eg 10 seconds) and eventually stops working altogether.

Hello, I have the same problem for recording with obs or other software with Elgato HD 60 (random delay), the best solution is return this bad produc and buy other model (as Avermedia with 3.0 usb), this fix all delay problems for me, regards.

Hi,

In the audio settings, set the sample rate to 48kHz.

Also, is the HD60 plugged into a black USB 2.0 port on your PC? If you have a desktop, make sure its plugged into the back of the motherboard.

Audio desync with the Elgato HD60 is usually caused (from my experience) by usb bandwidth issues. Having a Camera and a Capture Card on the same bus will cause desync for me, but when I switched the camera with an audio interface, the problems went away.Video takes up a crap ton of the bandwidth.

BTW to the devs, I switched to another PC which has OBS 0.13.1 and stream audio sync seems a lot better.

I will look in to USB power issues.
Also will try 48khz in more recent OBS version soon and try to report back.

Thanks

Are you using a sound card connected to an external audio setup? I was using the output desktop sound options and they always go out of sync, and it's likely because the signal has to go between so many devices at once it can't keep up. So I changed it to Capture Audio Only, with Game Capture HD (Audio)(#2), this will capture directly from the Elgato and will be perfect in recordings every time, but you won't be able to listen to it in the preview.
