Hey Yesterday i bougth Elgato Game Capture HD60Pro, i installed in my computer, i read the instructions and i i did exactly has it said (hmdi into graphic card and out to my monitor ), i configured my obs to stream in twitch with elgato but my big problem happened. Massive drop of fps in my games when i start streaming. I dont know if im doing something wrong, it is supposed not to affect my game when using elgato game capture. Tried to stream with elgato software but the same happened. Next, i tried to stream in 720p60 with elgato and the outcome was the same. I used OBS studio and OBS classic and the problem occurs on both. Finally i tried with 1 monitor and 2 monitors, and tried to clone my monitors and still have fps issues. I really need help, im problaby doing something wrong. PC Specs: i5 6600k GTX 1060 6gb asus strix 16gb ddr4 HD 1 tb SSD 250 Z170 Pro gaming aura

A capture card, especially for streaming, doesn't really do any of that. Two PC streaming is where that sort of thing is useful. Also don't use a custom resolution in the video device properties. Use the configure video option to load the Elgato tool.

Also isn't that OBS Classic?

But besides that, which version of Game Capture are you on. Recently new drivers for the HD60 Pro were released which might help.
