Question / Help Elgato Game Capture HD No Signal

I'm trying to use OBS to record/stream consoles using my Elgato. Both programs are up-to-date and the Elgato settings match the console it's capturing. It's in OBS as a video capture device with default settings but is only displaying "No signal..." despite the game showing up in the Elgato software. Any help is appreciated.
