Question / Help Elgato Game capture hd keeps disconnect and connect

Hi, I have the Elgato game capture HD yes the old one. I have tried to hook it up to my pc, but everytime I plug it in and open either OBS or Game capture software. The program cant pick up my Elgato, it keeps disconnecting and connecting.

I have windows 10 desktop pc, ps4 works fine. I think that the usb is broken or something.

I have tried to install the new driver, deactivate and activate the elgato in the manager tab. Tried to use different usb sticks.

If it is having problems with the Game Capture software as well, then this is something that you need to contact Elgato's support for.
