Question / Help Elgato Game Capture HD help

When i try and livestream with my elgato using OBS people in my stream say that they cant hear my teamates or game sound. I livestream with an elgato on Xbox 360 to twitch. Now i have a camera that has a built in microphone and people said they heard game sound when i used my camera mic but they also was an echo when i used my camera mic so i stopped using it and now im using a different mic and now no one can hear game sound or my teamates. on my xbox i have the voice input set to speakers so they should be able to hear my teamates but they dont. And on OBS when i go to configure my capture device it says its not found.

Would have to see a log file I think. Either way it seems you selected the wrong sound device. If the sound of the game and/or team mates come from the elgato/xbox, then you need to make sure the audio is properly set up in the device's source properties. If the sound of your team mates is coming from your computer or from a headset connected to the computer, you need to set it to the proper audio device in OBS' main audio settings
