I am trying to set up an Elgato Game Capture HD through OBS to stream. Now I have the issue where it wont capture. i have tried Video capture device and it just keeps saying one moment please and when I load up the elgato software, OBS says its being used by another program. I am using component cables into elgato then HDMI to my TV. I have tried using forums and I can't figure it out, any and all help would be great
