Question / Help Elgato Capture Not appearing on Preview...

I need to confirm many things but here' my problem. Xbox One appears Fine on Screen with El Gato plugged in and everything. But OBS cannot detect game signal no matter how hard I try trouble shooting this.

Does the log specify if I have something connected or anything. Wondering if Cap Card is dying or if cables are dying.
