I think i know how to fix the audio desync issue included with the elgato game capture device. Have a look at this VoD:

Here you can clearly hear that it's 100% in sync (well, maybe 95%, but close enough). This is the settings that i use exclusively for my WiiU (not sure about xbox or ps3):

Encoding
Audio
Codec: mp3
Bitrate: 320kbps

Advanced
Audio
Use higher quality resampling: On
Force audio to sync with video time: Off

Video Capture Device
Output audio to stream only: On
Audio Time Offset: -150ms

Try these settings out and let me know!

It still desyncs when the output is set to 1080p (don't know if the same is said on input) when there are frame drops. It also still has the crackling sounds in games that run 60 fps like Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (before Hyper Combos) and Tekken TAG Tournament 2 (menu transitions). I don't know if this crackle is present in games that run 30 FPS like Darksiders II and Halo 4 yet.

I'd set the input and output to 720p to be on the safe side.

TTT2 Sound Crackles, but sync ain't too bad - 640x360

Well, the crackling sound is because your cpu is probably running at max (80-90%), since it doesnt crackle for me, since my cpu usage during livestreaming is around 50-60% on the vod (on 720p yes, found that crackling sound when using 1080p)

I actually use the 1080p input and 720p output. May get some better quality if i used 720p input xD
