For some unknow reason, games sound started progressive desynch when i stream with the elgato.
I knew there was a problem with it in early revision , then it was running perfectly fine, but i don't know what alpha revision it was.
Anyway What kinda botter me , is the progressive desnych i don't know what the source of the problem.

I know elgato capture software got a streaming option with perfect audio sync , but the scene is a must and an obligation for me.
there's an example , sound is ok at start but near the middle / end it got an huge out of sync.

If anyone know a way to handle that , i don't wana spend 200$ for a pci capture card , just to get sync sound.

This is exactly what happens for me. I spent days trying to figure out how to fix it but I haven't been able to. It'll start off with a little bit of delay and then it progressively gets worse. It's pretty sad considering this is the only streaming software that has support for the Elgato, yet for me, it doesn't really work. The game capture software they provide you when you buy the elgato has it's own streaming but you can't edit anything such as the scene, which is a bummer. I mean, this product is advertised as the best means to capture HD gameplay yet there's almost zero support when it comes to streaming with it. I'd like to know if anyone has a fix for this as well.

The video comes -after- the audio, and the video gets progressively delayed, and audio is still playing as it is received, therefor gets desync. I'm working on a fix for this. However, the delay in video is -not- my fault, and not anything I can do anything about. I can delay the audio to make up for the video delay to fix the sync, but the video delay is entirely because of the elgato device or their drivers. I receive video frames and play them right when they're available. If the device delays sending those frames, it's literally out of my hands in that case. So I will fix the desync, that is my fault, but the delay of video frames is not my fault. That's the device or the drivers.

With devices, you're at the whims of the device when you use one, because then the capture is only as good as the device.

I'm going to try my best to get the sync thing fixed by the next update. (at least if the timestamps for the data let me)

Was this ever resolved? I recently purchased an Elgato and I'm currently having this exact issue. I know there are a few different audio options but I'm not sure which one is the fix for this specific issue, if there is even one at all.

Yes, burst audio issues from devices that would cause desync was resolved recently in the latest test builds. Turn on "Use buffering" on the device source and it should be fine. Still needs more testing though.
