Question / Help Elgato 60 won't work with OBS 64bit, and 32bit is glitched

So, basically, when I try and run my new capture card with OBS 64bit, it doesn't detect the driver.

So, I switch to 32bit, and the picture is VERY pixelated, and there is no sound.
I can't even use XSplit because it lags, and the sound is delayed about 3 seconds.
The only broadcaster that seems to work fine @ 1080p and 60fps is the software that it came with.
That's fine and all, but I cannot put splits up if I want to speed run a game, or anything like that.

Is there a fix for this at all?

Thanks.

Monitor capture detected

One of your scenes appears to be using monitor capture. Monitor capture is the slowest and least efficient method of capturing, and can cause FPS lag on both your stream and your game and will also cause problems capturing full-screen games. Consider using game capture or window capture instead (this does not apply to Windows 8).

Monitor capture with Aero enabled

You are using monitor capture with Aero enabled. This will cause severe performance degradation. If you absolutely must use monitor capture, disable Aero from video settings (this does not apply to Windows 8).

Late frames detected

12.68% of your frames are late. This means the frames are being generated later than they were needed, causing your stream FPS to drop. Late frames are often caused by slow sources such as monitor capture, slow video capture devices or by trying to run your stream at too high of a resolution / FPS.

If you are using a webcam, try to lower the resolution of it. If you are using monitor capture, try switching to game source or window capture. If you must use monitor capture, ensure Aero is disabled.

You can also try lowering the resolution or FPS of your stream if you have an older CPU.

This happens.

It starts out too big for the screen, so I shrink it, and then boom.

Is there a way to get it working with 64bit?
