With my dual pc setup, I use obs to capture the 4k60 pro source. Regardless of lowering settings resolutions, etc. My obs on my secondary streaming PC experiences a lot of screen tearing(mostly vertical lines) but not on my gaming rig. The same tearing also happens on elgato's 4k capture utility. All refresh rates and settings match up on all sources to keep everything the same. I bought the 4k because of the praise it had for these issues not happening. Any ideas?
