Elgato 4K X initializes at wrong sampling rate in OBS

I've contacted Elgato about this, but naturally they believe it is an OBS issue. Maybe they're right, I dunno, I'm just covering all my bases and asking here. At any rate, I have an Elgato 4K X capture card. When I open OBS, of course it has to initialize all my devices. I have OBS set to use 48 kHz and I have my audio interface set to 48 kHz. For some reason, the capture card initializes at 44.1 kHz, as shown in the attached log. This capture card has an audio input available to Windows, presumably designed to allow you to route it through Wave Link, and I can see that that audio device is set to 48 kHz (that is the only option available, in fact), so I can't see why OBS would be trying to run it at 44.1 kHz. I can't find anywhere else to change the sampling rate for the capture card, nor can I find any way in OBS to simply disable the audio for it entirely since I am capturing it from the separate input anyway. What's going on here? All of my audio devices should be running at 48 kHz to avoid resampling issues, but I can't see any way to make that happen. Is this an OBS issue or an Elgato driver issue?
