Elgato 4k Capture card sync issues (no audio source)

I have a black magic pocket cinema 4k connected to my Mac studio with a Elgato 4k Capture card, and when I add the capture card as a video source, there is no audio attached to it. Instead, I have to manually add the cam link's audio under audio input source, which results in many sync issues. What's even more fun, is that adding delays to the audio to try to match them doesn't help much, since it seems to change the actual true delay time, resulting in mismatched live stream video & audio.

If I could pair them up under a single source, and turn on buffering, this would/should solve my dilemma.

Any ideas?

Yes - get a blackmagic hdmi capture card. issue fixed. I have Thunderbolt and PCIe versions and it's great technology. It just works.

Which capture card you talking about?
We are using a Mac Studio, so we couldn't use a PCIe version.
