Question / Help El Gato HD60 pro stuck at "One moment please" in OBS

I just got a brand new El Gato HD60 pro and whenever I try to preview stream or simply stream in OBS it'll either say "one moment please" or "This device is already in use by another application" when its not. I don't know what the problem could be because when I open the actual el gato gaming recording software it works perfectly fine, I can record videos and stream and whatnot in the software but I can't do any of that in OBS. It just says what I typed above. Please help, this has been frustrating me a lot and I really want to stream using OBS.

Are you using the latest drivers downloaded from Elgato? Could be a good idea to contact Elgato support, as this is unlikely to be an OBS issue, and more their drivers/firmware/software. Have seen a few of these threads over the last few days, so I'd expect they're already looking into it as @LtRoyalShrimp and crew tend to be quite on the ball. :)

I'd hesitate to suggest rolling back a driver revision or two, but the issue has only seemed to have started to crop up more often in the last week or so. Could be worth a shot? That or going to the 64-bit drivers or DirectShow drivers if they have them posted to their website.

Hi,

Is the Game Capture software closed when OBS is open?

Which version of the Game Capture software are you using?

Yes, the software is closed when OBS is open and it'll either say "This device is already is use by another application" when its not or just say "One moment please" and never change. And I'm using version 3.0.117.1117
