I had, Untill I changed my computer settings to work on high performance and a few other settings to make it smooth, So there's no lags right now, The MP4 Files doesn't really matter here cause my recordings are not crashing, Just the problem with the audio but thanks for the tip.

And are you sure the antivirus makes this problem? Which makes my audio disappear in a long recording? I'm pretty sure it ain't it but I'll give it a try, Will update

have you tried to set the audio tracks to 1 and 2 and why you use 2 audio tracks ?

have you tried to select another audio track in VLC when you playing the video ?

please send a screenshot of your Advanced audio properties and your audio settings in the output -> recording settings

I use 2 tracks, One for my mic and the second one if for the desktop audio
I've tried to swap / change the audio tracks, combine them, multiplay them, still the same problem, I can see the both my tracks are working while recording although after I want to edit / preview the footage one of them is not working for some reason, It's always the "Long recording" too, And some of the time it's happenning and some of the time it doesn't, Also in game people can hear me talking using the mic but in the recording it's not working at all, really weird...

Here is the SS
1. The settings

2. Green bars shows that both audio tracks are working just fine

3. And just in case you wanted

Alright so, I enabled track 1 as well as you suggested & changed the format to the CPU instead as you said, The quilty was trash but apparently it worked with no issues, Then I wanted to test the GPU with track 1 enabled, and surprisingly it worked too If track 1 being disabled causes this issue I'm speechless or either it's one of those lucky recordings when I have no issues, Any ideas? btw, Thanks so far on helping :)

SOLVED: After a few recordings just enabling track 1 seems to solve the problem, Thanks!
