Question / Help Editing the scenes.xconfig file

Hi there,

I read elsewhere on this forum that a good way to achieve pixel-precise movement of sources is by editing the X and Y coordinates in the scenes.xconfig file. Is this advice outdated as OBS seems to overwrite my changes in the file whenever I open the client?

That is to say, I can save the changes successfully with OBS closed, but as soon as I open it the changes are reverted and my scene still looks exactly the same.

Any advice you can provide would be much appreciated.

I've achieved the same goal by using the arrow keys to move my sources around, but it'd still be great to know if there's a way to make lasting changes to the scenes file for finer control.
