Editing an OBS capture results in massive file sizes

I have recorded a few videos in OBS. I basically set CRF to 23 and that turned out to be the exact quality I need - quality is good enough and the file size saves a ton of space after some 100-200 videos (about 200-250MB for a 90 minute recording).

The thing is - whenever I edit this in Vegas or Premiere (kind of a noob when it comes to codecs and settings), I have no such option - CRF. There is no way to set the parameters so that they match the exact properties of the capture videos and the results have varied from 2 to 6GB for a 90-minute video.

Does anyone have experience with something similar? Am I missing some codecs that would make this work?

Thank you for reading :)
