Question / Help Echoing Mic?

For the first 10 minutes of my stream or so, I don't echo, but then after that, the echo starts and doesn't stop?

Echo is almost always the result of opening and watching your stream while streaming, where the audio of the stream is being captured by OBS, and repeated. If you watch your stream while streaming, make sure to mute the stream, or mute desktop sound capture. One or the other.
