I already setup the best filter in Mic/Aux in Filter, like the Noise Gate. But when I try to record an audio in Vocaroo and other apps, the setup I did is not applying in my audio driver in Windows 10.

Because I need the noise cancellation for my work from home. I don't want to use the OBS for recording, I want to use the audio filter I setup about noise cancellation as my main audio....

I tried to went in settings, does not help and youtube tutorials.

how can I apply?

OBS only applies audio filters to its local recordings and livestreamed video output. It does not provide audio output with these for local applications.

I'd recommend instead looking at something like Voicemeeter Banana, free audio routing software that I believe includes VST Host functionality.
