Question / Help Easiest popular site to stream to?

Youtube is a nightmare access wise and they constantly accuse you of license issues for even a TV running sound in the background.

Is their anything we can use OBS to stream to that has a good user base and simple as twitch to get started?

I'm here for a talk program and not let's play videos btw. So that ruins twitch for me.

Sites like Ustream no longer support promoting streamers who use their service like twitch and youtube. So you can use it but its up to you to make it popular none is going to help you get viewers.

I could care less about promotion, I just want a site that has traffic. I can't go to Twitch because they frown on non-gamer content. And Youtube just leaves a bad taste and is the last resort. Ok forget a minute about traffic. Whats the easier and more reliable stream service that OSB can connect to besides Twitch?
