each time I start OBS 2 other windows start ("VST 2.x - LoudMax 64bit" and "Script Log) how can I stop that?

You have VST filter applied to global audio source and to many other audio sources. At properties of the filter, in OBS, there is option to open interface of the plugin when it is active. Maybe you are looking for this option?
