Question / Help Dying Light FPS laggy/choppy in stream.

Alright, I know there's threads talking about how Dying Light causes stream lag, but all the ones I found were for Intel and OBS Classic. While I doubt much has changed from Classic to Studio in that respect, I am running AMD.

Otherwise, it's pretty much what everyone else has issues with: Streaming/Recording causes OBS to stutter and have an Encoding Overload, but the game itself is perfectly fine.

Specs:
Os: Win 10
CPU: Athlon X4 86K Quad
GPU: Radeon R7 360

Logs are available on request. Rather not leave a wall of text here.

Does anyone have a solution for AMD computers?

I updated everything two weeks ago, how can that be?

Edit: I just checked, I'm running 20.0.1, and my AMD drivers are the latest stable. What are you talking about 'ancient'?
