Bug Report DX9 in OBS

I can 't put DX11 in OBS. How can I fix this?

I can 't stream on this encoder. Here's the log

switching to HEVC won't solve this. Reducing the load on your video card is what you need to do.

The video card is not loaded, the drivers are new. I can record video normally on the H265 encoder, but I can 't stream or record video on the H264.
