Hello viewers of this thread I have posted a thread like the before but it didn't help I just got one guy telling me to look at the popular tutorial. So I am making a repost. I am someone who plays CoD BO3 on the PC it runs perfectly fine at 60/59 fps and it is capped to that so I think I have a good PC. I need help though I haven't been able to upload on my youtube channel for a week or so now because I can't create a smooth high quality recording. So I came here I need help urgently or my subs will become inactive. All given settings will be tested out and I will reply ASAP.
