My set up should be complete and I can stream at the non partner max birates, what kind of results/settings should I be able to yeild via obs via this set up?

Well, it would be quite useful to show us a log of your current used settings.

In general with the 4790 you should be good to improve the compression by using a slower than veryfast preset. You can probably also record/stream at higher resolutions than on the i5 without problems.

You did not list a capture card for your stream pc though. Dont forget to get one ;D
