duel monitor setup

hello everyone i have a quick question. So i have a duel monitor setup. When i display capture on my acer monitor its choppy or black screen but when i switch to my dell monitor its smooth and works perfectly fine. is there some settings i need to turn off or on?
 
What are the resolutions of the displays? Are both connected to your computer via HDMI, VGA, DVI, etc? May be a resolution mis-match between what you're trying to show and what the display will allow.
 
If you're using a version of Windows 10 below 2004, make sure both monitors have the same refresh rate.
 
And is this a laptop with a dedicated GPU or a desktop? with HDMI and displayport, guessing not laptop, but please confirm
Assuming desktop, is one monitor hooked up to dedicated GPU and other to motherboard based GPU? or both monitors hooked to same GPU?
 
i tried changing refresh rate didn't work and its PC. i believe both are hooked up to the same GPU one is connected via HDMI and the other display port.
